Stephen has earned the endearing nickname of 'The Brackley Butcher' for more than two decades, proudly representing a nearby establishment. Renowned for his exceptional skills in butchery paired with a customer-centric attitude, he was revered for his willingness to surpass expectations for his devoted clientele. Witnessing Stephen's strong commitment to his craft, Will admired his unparalleled work ethic (especially recalling the marathon hours he dedicated during the festive season) and believed that his unique qualities were tailor-made for entrepreneurship.
Carly is affectionately known by everyone as ‘the boss’. Carly completed her law degree back in 2023 and thought what better way to use it, than working with her husband and his best friend in a butcher based business. Carly is what makes the business tick and ensures everything runs smoothly in the background. You’ll probably get your invoices from Carly and she will be the first port of call should you need help with anything. She loves to keep Will and Stephen in check, and hopes she will never have to use her law degree in a professional capacity.
Will (or David Brent as many people know him as) first experienced the ‘non supermarket meat’ world came when Stephen moved in with him back in 2013. He literally could not believe the difference in the quality of the chicken, the steak, the beef mince (you get the picture), and vowed never to eat supermarket meat again. He’s spent the last 6 years building his recruitment business OX Seven, is the head of commercial at local football club Brackley Town FC, and knows his way around marketing and branding. He is what he likes to refer to as ‘the brains of the operation’.
